SERVICE POLICY : All service sales are final. During your thorough consultation process with your stylist prior to your appointment ,communication is paramount to expressing your expectations to ensure a favorable service result. Should your outcome not match your expectations, we are happy to make any minor adjustments that align with the original consultation + stylist within 5 days of the original service. Please email us at info@parlourfl.with any concerns. Adjustments that altar the original plan, or are made more than 5 days after the original appointment, will require full payment.(Required)

Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to Parlour, as they are reserved especially for you! Our schedules are dedicated to our guests and their needs, but when we have a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we cannot fill that appointment for another person. As a result, we require at least 48 salon business hours notification via phone or email to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling less than 48 salon business hours of the original appointment time may be charged 50% of the service to the card on file. By booking an appointment with us at Parlour, you agree to these terms and conditions for all current and future appointments. Please advise, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, as we may have to modify your appointment.(Required)

Service Waiver: I understand that the services provided by Parlour FL Salon are performed by trained professionals who strive for the best possible results. However, I acknowledge that individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and the products used. I agree to release Parlour FL Salon and its staff from any liability for any unintended outcomes, including but not limited to damage to hair, scalp, or any allergic reactions that may occur during or after the service. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parlour NPB LLC free from loss, damage, claims or actions of any type that I may suffer as a result of failure to provide them with accurate and complete information. I agree that I will not hold Parlour NPB LLC liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury suffered by me as a consequence of my use/or misuse of the hair extensions or other services rendered. I will indemnify and hold harmless Parlour NPB LLC free from all loss, damage, claims of action or any kind that incur or that are claimed or brought against them by any party as a consequence of my own use of the hair extensions and/or other hair services alterations post salon services.(Required)
