At Parlour FL, every service begins with an in-depth consultation to ensure we understand your vision and expectations. All service sales are final. If you are unsatisfied, we offer complimentary refinements within 5 days of your visit, provided they align with the original consultation and are performed by the same stylist. Revisions that require a change in the initial plan or are requested beyond the 5-day window will be considered new services and billed accordingly.

Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. We respectfully request 48 salon business hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations, no-shows, or appointment modifications made within that window may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

I understand that while Parlour FL's stylists are highly trained professionals, individual results may vary based on hair type, history, or condition. I release Parlour NPB LLC and all affiliated team members from any liability due to adverse reactions, allergic responses, or unexpected outcomes. I confirm I have provided accurate and complete information regarding allergies, sensitivities, and prior service history. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parlour NPB LLC from any claims arising from my use or misuse of services, including extension maintenance and at-home care.
