What happens at the color consultation?
We assess your hair's structure, previous color history, and what your life actually looks like between appointments — not just the result you want, but the version that performs on a Tuesday morning with no notice. We set the plan and own it from there.
How long between color appointments?
It depends on the service and your hair. Most single-process clients come in every four to six weeks. Lived-in color is designed to extend that — clients often go eight to twelve weeks without anything looking off. We will build your schedule at the consultation so you are not guessing.
What should I do before my color appointment?
Arrive with clean, dry hair — minimal product, no heavy conditioning treatments or oil applications in the 24 hours prior. If there is prior color work or chemical treatments we should know about, note it when you book.
How do I maintain my color at home?
Sulfate-free shampoo, a UV protectant, and less heat when you can afford to skip it. We carry mineral-based products designed to protect the integrity of your color between visits. We will tell you exactly what your hair needs — it is not a long list.
Can I combine color services with hair extensions?
