1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a hair extension service appointment.
2. All custom-ordered hair extensions are final sale and non-refundable.
3. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 salon business hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. If I change the color or texture of my hair after the consultation but before installation, I must notify Parlour FL immediately. A new consultation and deposit may be required.
5. Parlour FL accepts payment by cash or credit card for hair extension services.
6. My stylist has explained the application method, hair quality, maintenance procedures, and any potential risks.
7. I agree to follow the home care instructions provided to maintain the quality and longevity of my extensions.
8. I have been informed of potential medical concerns or sensitivities related to hair extensions.
9. I understand Parlour FL and its stylists are not responsible for medical complications that may arise from wearing extensions.
10. I agree to attend a 2-week check-in and a 4-week maintenance or removal appointment as recommended.
11. Failure to attend or reschedule maintenance appointments within 72 hours may result in damage for which Parlour is not liable.
12. Parlour FL reserves the right to refuse service if my hair or scalp condition compromises installation quality or safety.
13. If damage occurs due to improper maintenance or alterations by myself or a third party, I understand that corrective work may be billed at $300+ per hour.
14. I understand that missed, late, or last-minute rescheduled appointments may result in a fee due to time reserved on my behalf.
15. If I change my hair color after booking but before installation, color-matching may not be possible.
16. If my hair is recolored after extension ordering, replacement or recoloring of extensions will be at my own expense.
17. I authorize Parlour FL to securely store my credit card and charge it in accordance with the cancellation, no-show, and maintenance policies. Stored card information will be kept securely and used only in accordance with these terms.
18. I understand that maintenance is required every 4–6 weeks and that failure to follow this schedule may result in damage or additional costs.
19. I will arrive to my appointment with clean, dry hair and acknowledge that appointments may take several hours.
20. I will not change my hair color prior to the scheduled installation unless I notify my stylist in advance.
21. Parlour FL may photograph or video document my hair transformation. If I do not consent, I must notify Parlour FL in writing prior to service.
22. I agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with this agreement. I understand that doing so may result in legal action and recovery of incurred costs.
23. I understand that Parlour FL is not liable for damage to my extensions or natural hair caused by the use of unapproved styling tools, chemical products, helmets, hats, hairstyles, or accessories that may place tension or friction on the scalp or extensions.
24. I agree that any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, and not through litigation in a court of law.
