Salon Visit Guidelines

Welcome to Parlour FL – A Luxury Salon!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointments are very important to Parlour, as it is reserved especially for you! Our schedules are dedicated to our guests + their needs, but when we have a no-show or last minute cancellation we cannot fill that appointment for another person. As a result, we require at least 48 salon business hours notification via phone or email to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation, no-show or rescheduling less than 48 salon business hours of the original appointment time may be charged 50% for cancellations to the card on file. By booking an appointment with us at Parlour you agree to these terms and conditions for all current and future appointments. Please advise, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, as we may have to modify your appointment.

SERVICE POLICY

All service sales are final. During your thorough consultation process with you stylist prior to your appointment ,communication is paramount to expressing  your expectations to ensure a favorable service result. Should your outcome not match your expectations, we are happy to make any minor adjustments that align with the original consultation + stylist within 5 days of the original service.

Please email us at info@parlourfl.com with any concerns. Adjustments that altar the original plan, or are made more than 5 days after the original appointment, will require full payment.

MAINTAINING A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

We kindly ask that you please refrain from visiting the salon sick. Visiting the salon while you are ill directly exposes your stylist and other guests to any illness you may have; if you feel you are getting sick or are sick, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment within 48 salon business hours. Stay home, hydrate and rest. Come back in when you’re feeling better! Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 salon business hours will be charged 50% and same day or no show charged 100%.
